Helen is a Psychologist, Coach and Leadership Consultant, based in Singapore. Originally from the UK she has lived and worked in the Asia Pacific region since 2007. Helen has been Coaching at senior levels for over 15 years and works with clients across all industries and sectors. She has coached in over 40 organisations globally and is experienced up to C-Suite level. She is a member of the INSEAD Executive Coaching faculty and partners with select Business Psychology firms to deliver Leadership and Talent assessments and programmes worldwide. Helen also works in Private Practise as a Coach and Psychotherapist, with a particular focus on transitions, questions of meaning and purpose, anxiety, and wellbeing.
Helen takes an integrative approach to her client work, bringing together thinking across domains, with a particular focus on relational neurobiology. She has postgraduate qualifications in Organisational Psychology & Counselling Psychology and certifications in Nutritional Medicine, Coaching, Applied Neuroscience for Coaches and a number of therapeutic techniques. She is a Registered Psychologist in Australia and in the UK.
However, she believes that the business of helping humans to change is less about credentials than we might be tempted to believe. That the ability to connect to the experience of another person, to understand how their unique journey has created their way of being, and to open up possibilities for change is a wonderful, lifelong challenge.
