Sotheby's Institute of Art

Helena Pickup worked for seven years as a curator for the National Trust at Waddesdon Manor, with special interest in French 18th-century fine and applied arts and contributing to the Waddesdon Catalogue of Drawings (2007) and Catalogue of Printed Books (2013) among other publications. In addition to teaching on fine and decorative arts from the Renaissance to Art Nouveau at Sotheby’s Institute, she has also lectured and run courses at the University of Buckingham and the Courtauld Institute of Art.
