I’m dedicated to helping leaders bring the very best of themselves to their roles, teams, organizations, and themselves. I do this by teaching them what it takes to be a great presenter, and to be an effective coach for their teams.
I am a Coach, Facilitator, and Speaker. I’ve earned my designation as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CCPC) through CTI, and work with a select few clients on a one-on-one basis. Through this work, I’ve seen first hand what coaching can bring to organizations, which is why I’m passionate about teaching managers and leaders how to coach their people. Teams are yearning for more and better coaching, and leaders need the tools to help them.
As a Presentation Coach, I teach professionals to be great presenters so that they can get their message across to their audiences, while enjoying the experience – maybe even having fun! I also have a special place in my heart for entrepreneurs who want to really shine during their presentations.
I’m bringing together the 15+ years experience in the fields of Training, Facilitating, Coaching, and Presenting in the corporate world with extensive research into the topic. I’m curious about why some presenters are awesome, and why some just fall flat. I believe that each person who has a message to deliver to an audience deserves to feel confident that they can do it well, and that they will. Our audiences deserve the best presenters too!
I get such a kick out of seeing someone raise their head high, put their shoulders back, and really “own” it, and knowing that they’ve got what it takes. That’s why I do what I do.
