Harvard Medical School
Dr. Li graduated from Nanjing University in China with a B.Sc. in physics and obtained PhD in theoretical biophysics in 2006 from the Institute of Theoretical Physics, Chinese Academy of Science. Dr. Li was a postdoc at the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute before working at the Broad Institute since 2009. Dr. Li joined Dana-Faber Cancer Institute and Harvard Medical School in 2018. He studies advanced computational methods to analyze large-scale biological sequence data and to solve practical problems in biomedical researches.
