Dr. Henry Moon is Visiting Professor of Organizational Behavior at CEIBS. Prior to joining CEIBS, he was an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior in London Business School. He had also spent several years at University of Maryland and Emory University as an Assistant Professor.Professor Henry Moon received his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Michigan State University, his Master’s degree in Human Relations from University of Oklahoma and Bachelor's degree in Management from University of Maryland, University College. His diversified research interests lie in all areas of Organizational Behavior and he has taught throughout the world including several years in the Middle-East, India as well as in Europe and the United States. He has won several teaching awards including a university wide award at Emory University and a school-wide teaching award at the Indian School of Business.Dr. Henry Moon’s publications have appeared in leading journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Science and so on. He has served on the editorial boards of Journal of Applied Psychology, Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes. In addition, he has consulted and worked with many large international companies includ-ing Barclays, Credit Suisse, Platinum corporation (Dubai), and the Abudawood group (Saudi Arabia).
