Stanford Graduate School of Business
Henry has been facilitating t-groups (experiential interpersonal dynamics groups) for the past 7 years at Stanford Graduate School of Business, Stanford Continuing Education Program, USF Law School, HAAS Business School, and elsewhere. He also facilitates in the “ENGAGE” diversity workshop for MBA1 students at Stanford, the Stanford Asian Executive Leadership Program at Stanford, and does personal coaching and interpersonal mediation on his own. Further, he is trained as a psychotherapist. This all in addition to being Vice President of Analytics at a small non-profit acquisition fundraising firm in Oakland.
This Fall and Winter he will provide individual and group coaching, as well as, small group facilitation for the Arbuckle Leadership Fellows.
Henry is passionate about this work, specifically about helping others to connect across difference, work through conflict, and understand what builds, trust, connection, and high functioning leaders and teams. He blends a keen analytical eye for interpersonal/group dynamics with highly developed skills around authentic communication.
