Hermann Achidi Ndofor received the B.A. and M.A. degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Madison, WI, USA, the MBA degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, MD, USA, and the Ph.D. degree in management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Milwaukee, WI, USA, in 2004.,He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University in Indianapolis, Indianapolis, IN, USA. Prior to joining the Kelley School of Business in 2015, he was an Assistant Professor with the Mays Business School, Texas A&M. His research interests include competitive dynamics, resource management, Top Management Teams, and entrepreneurship, with specific interest in Africa. His research has been published in a range of journals including the Strategic Management Journal, the Journal of Management, the IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Business Ethics Quarterly, and Leadership Quarterly.,Dr. Ndofor is currently an Associate Editor with the Africa Journal of Management and is on the editorial review boards of Strategic Management Journal and Management and Organization Review.
