Hewa Balisane

Assist. Prof. Dr. Hewa Balisane was the Dean of the Faculty of Education at Soran University, Kurdistan for five years. He received his BSc (Hons) degree from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK in 2005, Master’s degree from Salford University, UK in 2008, and Doctorate degree from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK in 2011. Prior to his position at Soran University, he was an Associate Lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University. His research interests lie in advanced information technology, multimedia technology, data telecommunications and networks, and biometrics.
