Hildengard Allgaier is the founder of Ehlo, a school of innovation and sustainability. Hilden also serves as Pillar of Purpose Leader at T3, a Brazilian think-do-tank whose aim is to develop communities of practice around complex topics such as climate change, school dropout, digital literacy and the use of exponential technologies. With more than 15 years of experience in global teams at companies such as Dow, Souza Cruz, DBServer and McDonald's, she has worked in Latin America, United Kingdom and Europe.

She has worked in recent months as New Business Director for Sistema B Brasil, a global NGO that uses the power of business to create better companies for the world. In the last 4 years she has been at the forefront of social innovation projects and has mentored more than 400 students at the University of Oxford, Saïd Business School, England.
