Hi my name is Hogne, but I guess that’s already in the headline. I’m a founding partner of Lent - working with change leadership and strength based development - based in Oslo, Norway. I work together with organizations on how to build capacity for learning and being comfortable with uncertainty. I believe in putting people and planet first and in the wonderful opportunities we can discover in doing so. In believing this, I put my family first - trying not making work an excuse.

I’m open to what the THNK Creative Leadership Program will evoke in me, but one possible Endeavor is the development of the Tanga International Competence Center. At the moment I''m on the board of the organization located in Tanga, Tanzania. The further development of this center might be a focus. The center has several local social programs that are aligned with the UN Millennium Development Goals.
