Holger Perrey

Holger Perrey completed his training as a bank clerk (IHK) from 1994 - 1997 at Commerzbank AG.

From 1998 he continued to work for Commerzbank AG in risk and credit analysis for corporate customers until he switched to corporate customer service in 2000. Until 2017 he was responsible for several areas within Commerzbank AG and beyond the borders of Germany: In addition to the Prague location, Holger Perrey later managed the support of German companies in the United Kingdom from London from 2010 to 2013.

After further positions, the branch manager "North Bavaria" was a member of the management board for corporate customers in southern Germany. In addition, Holger Perrey works as a lecturer in business administration at the "Frankfurt School of Finance and Management", as an advisor at a medium-sized mechanical engineering company and as a lay judge at the social court in Würzburg.

Most recently, he completed further training at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management "Certified Professional for Restructuring & Turnaround Management". On April 1, 2023 he was appointed authorized signatory.
