Wagner Graduate School of Public Service
Howard Tarre is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Health Policy and Management of NYU''s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. He also serves as an adjunct at the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University. Additionally, Howard is the Principal at Mercer where he is a general consultant focusing on strategy, plan design and data analyses of clients’ programs. His current clients include Fortune 100 firms in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries.
Howard’s broad background, data expertise and 30 + years of experience have enabled his clients to look at problems from all sides to optimize decision making and innovate with success. His clients were among the first to implement CDH plans, provide primary care through on-site clinics, adopt medical patient home models and create steerage in a retail pharmacy network.
Howard earned his B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara and his Master of Social Science from the California Institute of Technology.
