Biography

ESADE Business School

Throughout his career, he has held numerous management positions: Financial Manager of IZASA (1975-1980), General Manager of Corporación Hospitalaria (C. H. Werfren) (1980-1988), Manager of SIDEGASA (Grupo Rubiralta) (1986) and Operating Manager of Barnices Valentine (1988-1989), among others. He has likewise been Chief Executive of International Link (Argentina) (1979-1988) and of PACISA (1989-1993).

Since 1988, he has been Associate Professor in ESADE''s Department of Business Policy and a consultant specialized in strategy and the family business.

He is a member of the board of directors of several companies, mainly family businesses, and a facilitator-co-ordinator of family councils in family businesses.
