  • Senior Management Program in Digital Business (PADDB + The Valley), and different postgraduate courses on Internet and Business, Banking Risk, Innovation and Finance in the main business schools of Barcelona. 30 years of professional experience in digital transformation projects related to financial services (means of payment, remote banking, information architecture, digital content management, productivity, efficiency and quality). Currently, Director of Communication to the Network in the Process Efficiency and Digitalization department of CaixaBank. 10 years of teaching at BES La Salle and ESAN, in different master´s degree programs (MPM, MGTI, MSCMT, MUDP, MeH).
