Biography

Ivana B. Petrović is a passionate advocate of the "scientist-practitioner-humanist" approach in business/work/organizational psychology with experience in teaching, academic and applied research, and consulting.

He is a lecturer on the following courses: Psychology of groups and organizations, Psychology of consumers, Organizational behavior, Consumer behavior, Social marketing in the function of environmental protection.

She completed her undergraduate, master's and doctoral studies at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Belgrade. He is an associate professor at the Faculty of Philosophy (University of Belgrade) in the Department of Psychology (since 1999) in undergraduate, master's and doctoral studies.

He has twenty years of teaching experience at universities (business and organizational psychology, human resource management, consumer behavior, consumer research and communication in marketing) and professional training (development and use of knowledge assessment tests, sales, management, event planning). Also represented is work on TEMPUS projects, University of Belgrade - EdLead, Educational Leadership; Master's studies in Business Management and Entrepreneurial Management.

There is also more than twenty years of experience in consulting with SMEs, major Serbian and international companies (in various sectors) and non-profit organizations; worked with over 100 organizations. Topics: Human resource management (especially: recruitment and selection, competence management, training, talent management); organizational psychology (development and changes in organizations); career; social marketing (especially: voluntary blood donation and health promotion, migration, crisis communication); consumer research and integrated planning of marketing communications. She worked for ten years at Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising (the last two positions: Director of Research and Planning and Associate Creative Director for Events).

His research topics include: Psychological contract, employability, candidate's perspective in employee selection (perceived fairness, job advertisement, business interview), workplace abuse, demands-resources model (work engagement, job crafting, emotional reaction to work) , emotional intelligence, older employees, ageism, career, voluntary blood donation and communication between doctor and patient.
