I am an financial reporting specialist (IFRS and Dutch GAAP), interested in the financial reporting by organizations.

As a manager at the Professional Practice Department of EY I am perform multiple tasks related to the application of financial reporting requirements by our clients, among others:

• Pre-issuance review on the application of IFRS or Dutch GAAP.
• Assistance with the audit of complex transactions.
• Providing training (base level IFRS or Dutch GAAP; Developments in financial reporting requirements).
• Coordinate client events.
• Coordinate internal training program.
  

As a manager at EY FAAS, I support entities with their financial reporting, adhering to the requirments of the financial reporting standards (either IFRS or Dutch GAAP). In this role I have been involved in broad range of projects: First time adoption of IFRS; Application of new standards (IFRS 9, IFRS 15 and IFRS 16); Business reorganisations (effects for Consolidated and Company only financial statements); Acquisitions; Factoring arrangement (Supply-chain finance). Some keywords are: IFRS, Dutch GAAP, PPA, Impairment, Valuation, Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting, Financial (Statement) Analysis.
