I am an independent consultant and professor, and certified coach & trainer, specializing in Change, Project and Program Management, Team Building, Transformation and Innovation.

My Industry expertise is mainly in the Aerospace and Aviation Sector (12 years), as a consultant & Software BU Founding-Director within an innovative Startup. I have also sound experience in the Manufacturing, Retail and Service Industries.

My past experiences include Management Consulting Firms, Big Five and with a Supply-Chain specialist, from Consultant to Senior Manager, where I headed 2 Competence Centers: Project and Program Management, and Maintenance and After-sales Services. Additionally, have experience in Transition & Transformation Management, Strategy Definition & Alignment, Operational Excellence, Change Management & Training.

I’m the Academic Director at HEC Paris for the Aerospace & Aviation Executive Certificate. I also act as Mentor for a Lean Startup Initiatives.
