Biography
Jake Jo is a doctoral student in the Management department at the University of Texas at Austin, with a focus on organizational behavior. His primary research interest is in the interaction between organizational context and individual differences. Specifically, he examines how individuals are not only shaped by their social networks but are also simultaneously active in shaping their workplaces. Jake received his Bachelor's in Business Administration in Organization and Management and Marketing from Emory University.
