James Johns

Suncoast Valuations LLC was established by James Johns, MAI, AI-GRS. He serves as the Chief Appraiser and oversees day to day operations.

Mr. Johns has been the principal owner and chief appraiser for a privately owned appraisal company for ten years and has worked through appraisal valuation assignments for a variety of property types.

Prior to Suncoast Valuations, James worked as a Senior Review Appraiser with a Regional Bank and understands the financial industry valuation needs (appraisals and evaluations) from inside and from a financial institution risk perspective.

James earned his MBA from Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University with focused studies on finance and real estate.

James also holds a Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University with a dual major in city and regional planning and marketing.

He holds a State Certification licenses as a General Real Estate Appraiser in Florida and Ohio.
