James is an Associate Professor at the Sauder School of Business and the Executive Director of a research centre leading the School's activities on sustainability and social innovation. His work encompasses strategy, innovation and leadership through the lens of social enterprise and new technologies. He is co-founder of Offsetters, a top-ranked carbon offset company, and works with green technology start-ups.
