Janet Addison is an ICF Accredited Coach and Facilitator who helps clients to optimise their talents – managing both strengths and limitations for career success. Executive presence, personal impact, and managing situational confidence are themes that run throughout her work.

Working in groups or in 1:1 coaching, her approach is to raise awareness of thinking & behaviour patterns and their impact; identify and manage limitations and build strengths.

Janet’s experience within a range of organisations including Oracle Corporation, Merrill Lynch and Stagecoach PLC has given her a keen commercial awareness and acute understanding of the issues faced by clients in a variety of business cultures and environments. She has additionally provided services for a wide range of organisations including European Central Bank, Net-a-Porter, EDF Energy, and Chanel.

Janet has additionally provided services on a consultancy basis which include developing leaders and managers within CDC, Bar Standards Board, Kambi Sports Solutions, Shire Pharmaceuticals and ED&F Man among others.

She is experienced in the full learning cycle from needs analysis using psychometric profiling and 360 feedback to quantitative evaluation.
