DeGroote School of Business
Jared leads the development of the people analytics function at GitHub, where he is currently building out an automated reporting strategy and acting as a consultant on a variety of talent projects. Before working at GitHub, Jared worked as a consultant for organizations such as Namely, Rogers and the University of Waterloo.
Jared has a strong background in organizational and data sciences, achieved through a combination of formal education and work experience. He is passionate about making analytic insights accessible in the people space, and enjoys when analytical frameworks he’s developed drive impactful decisions in organizations.
