Biography

Jase’s research interests are in international talent management, with a specific focus on global managers and the Latin American region. Besides publishing his research in journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Journal of World Business, and Human Resource Management Journal, he also coauthored the textbook “Navigating Commerce in Latin America”. He received his PhD in management/international business from the University of South Carolina. Jase has lived, studied, and worked in many places around the world which has inspired his research and teaching.
