Experience
Jasmine De Clerck is CCL’s General Manager for the Benelux, France and Denmark Region. As General Manager, Jasmine is responsible for the market development, operational management and competitive positioning of CCL’s Custom Business Line in the Region. Her experience includes advising leading multinationals on how to develop and implement their Leadership and Talent Development Strategy globally.
As an Executive Coach, Leadership Consultant and Change Agent, Jasmine developed a deep understanding of how Executives deal with Change and Transition. At CCL, Jasmine launched and is chairing a Network Community focused on how we – as individual leaders, companies and networks – can deal with Disruption (Technology, Climate, Energy and Demographics).
Her experience includes leading large scale outsourcing and transformation projects in industry, and headhunting talent to lead these initiatives. Jasmine lived and worked on four continents: South Africa, India, the United States and Europe; and worked in international roles since 1999. Her experience includes advising a Fortune 500 company on their HR Transformation Strategy and guiding a leading life sciences company through their outsourcing assessment towards India.
Current Role
Besides her role as General Manager, Jasmine works as Leadership Practitioner on Open Enrolment and Custom programs.
Educational Background
Jasmine holds a Master Degree in Applied Economics & International Management, is a NLP-Practitioner, ICF-accredited coach and is certified in various psychometric instruments, assessment tools, methodologies and models. Jasmine is currently working on a Specialization in Organizational Leadership at NorthWestern University.
