Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute

Jasmine Victoria is an accomplished writer, storyteller, entrepreneur, consultant and executive coach. Fueled by a desire to change how people relate to each other and how we see the world, Jasmine’s career has crossed industry boundaries to focus on work that empowers people, changes how we communicate and is crafting diverse, inclusive leaders of the future. As a change facilitator, Jasmine has worked within communities around the globe to foster equitable investment and growth amongst underserved leaders – drawing on deep strategy, design thinking and somatic experiencing techniques.

While her early career and expertise has been in international finance and business development, Jasmine’s passion and most meaningful work has been in the nonprofit and public sectors. As a Subject Matter Expert and Equitable Recovery Specialist for Bloomberg LP advising the Commonwealth of Great Britain and Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Dominica, Jasmine has been able to influence how governments and business leaders are reshaping public-private sector partnerships.

Jasmine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from Duke University and a dual Master’s Degree in Organizational Change Management from HEC Paris and Oxford University. Jasmine is a Certified Executive Coach from UC Berkeley and the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute; and currently pursuing credentialing at the PCC practitioner level from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Born and raised in New York City, Jasmine currently lives on Lake Atitlan in Guatemala with strong professional anchors in Austin, TX; San Francisco, CA; San Juan, PR; and London, UK.
