Jasmine Wong has over fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry, with a wide range of expertise covering the development, investment and consulting sectors.

Jasmine began her career at Jones Lang LaSalle in 2002, where she worked in a number of different disciplines prior to moving to LaSalle Investment Management in 2004. Between 2004 and 2008, Jasmine held a variety of roles within LaSalle Investment Management involving the acquisition and asset management of investment properties in Hong Kong, China and Singapore, within the office, retail, industrial and residential sectors. Between 2008 and 2010, Jasmine held Associate Director roles at both Starr International and Pamfleet, where she again focused upon the underwriting and asset management of assets in Hong Kong and China. During her tenure at Pamfleet, Jasmine was responsible for the asset management of Nexxus Building in Central, Hong Kong.

In 2010, Jasmine relocated to Abu Dhabi to work for the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), initially as a Senior Analyst and then as an Investment Manager. These roles involved the management of investment portfolios and assets throughout Asia Pacific. Whilst working at ADIA, Jasmine was responsible for the establishment of two operating joint ventures in China involving a total investment of USD 1.4 billion, as well as the management of direct and indirect investments throughout Asia Pacific with a value of over USD 2 billion.

Between 2014 and 2017, Jasmine held a number of investment related roles at Moonbridge Capital, Celona Capital and Tan-Eu Capital, with her most recent position being Head of Funds Management at Tan-Eu Capital. Within each of these positions, Jasmine has taken a lead role in the underwriting, acquisition, management and disposition of investments in Hong Kong, China and the US.

The main clients she has provided services to include Brookfield Properties, KKR, Mitsubishi Estate Asia, Value, Retail, Galaxy Japan, PNB Merdeka Ventures Sdn. Berhad, CJ Group (Korea), Hap Seng Consolidated Berhad, Keyestone Properties, Bitexco Group and Suncity Group.

In 2018, Jasmine was appointed as Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Real Estate and Construction in the University of Hong Kong.
