Biography

As an Electrical Engineer, Jason worked technically in the field for the first 15 years of his career. He had the opportunity to design, build and install machines in various facilities around the world that sell into varied industries; solar, pharmaceutical, automotive, mining, etc. This allowed him to achieve the Professional Engineering status in Ontario. As a passion for the business and project side of the business emerged, he achieved his PMP designation and worked in the field, again on projects in various industries.

With a desire to continue learning and growing my knowledge of business practices he completed his MBA in international business and worked to grow some interesting businesses in the electrical business. The CBAP designation was a fantastic learning and growth opportunity that he pursued to know more about the decisions that took place behind the projects that he was delivering on. The skills and tools from it have helped him to grow businesses and develop opportunities for his current employer, Westburne Electric.
