Biography
Sciences Po
My experience as a consultant and investment banker as well as my involvement in professional associations have forged the convictions that drive my professional practice as an appraiser: • Value is built over the long term thanks to the competitive advantages
created by the company
• Strategic execution and governance are essential dimensions to consider • The success of a strategy depends on the capacity of the company to manage the expectations of its investors • A valuation must be carried out by adopting the point of view of a fundamental investor • Financial and strategic reasoning must prevail over accounting technique.
Thus, business valuation is no longer just an opinion on value but becomes an intellectual discipline for making strategic decisions and conducting a constructive dialogue with investors. The objective is to create long-term value and have it recognized by the markets.
It is in this perspective that I work with passion for my clients. This commitment is also evident in my activities as a teacher in finance and governance, in my responsibilities for associations and through my publications.
