Kellogg School of Management

Jeff graduated from the Kellogg School of Management 25 years ago. Since then, he has been on a quest. Jeff has started four companies to search relentlessly for Rockstars and teach companies how to attract them. In addition to being chief talent officer of Strong Suit, Jeff is the author of the book Hiring Growth Rockstars, host of the 5-star-rated Strong Suit Podcast, and chairman/founder of Chicago-based Retrofit, the nation's leading online weight loss company. In 2017, Jeff came home again to Kellogg, where, as an adjunct professor, he teaches the MBA course "Recruiting & Retaining Talent in Growth Companies."
