Jeffrey A. Slotnick, CPP, PSP is the President of "Setracon Inc." a Consultancy focused on the professional development and training of security, law enforcement, and military personnel, the provision of quality security services, protective services, investigations, and the conduct of risk, vulnerability, and threat assessments. Mr. Slotnick is a security industry consultant with more than 28 years of experience.

Jeff is peer recognized as a critical architect in the Homeland Security Enterprise, writing standards, developing training, and managing assessments for the protection of critical infrastructure, specifically, Organizational Resilience Management, Risk Assessment Methodologies for Water Utilities, utilizing the Sandia National Laboratories Model (RAM-W SM) Community Vulnerability Assessment Methodology (CVAM SM), (RAM-CI) Critical Infrastructure SM, and Process for Assessing Infrastructure Risk (PAIR-PM TM) of which Jeff is the co-author. (PAIR-PM TM) uses MS SharePoint collaboration to facilitate all hazard, enterprise wide, risk, threat and vulnerability assessments of dissimilar infrastructures. Jeff recently testified before the Congressional Committee on Homeland Security Transportation and Critical Infrastructure Sub Committee, Chaired by Congresswoman Jackson-Lee of Texas on issues pertaining to Critical Infrastructure Protection and the 2010 Olympics.

Jeff is activley involved in ASIS International as Chairman for the Physical Security Council and Region 1a Asst. Regional Vice President. Additionally Jeff serves on ASIS Faculty and is a frequent speaker, instructing the PSP Review Course and other Physical Security Related sessions.
