Jeff is an International Tax Partner with 18 years of experience working with multinational companies in structuring their international investments and operations. Jeff has extensive experience in designing and implementing integrated solutions designed to optimize the global tax position of multinational companies. In that capacity, he has significant experience in the design and implementation of holding company structures to facilitate cash redeployment, tax-efficient financing structures to manage global tax expense, cash redeployment/repatriation and foreign tax credit planning. He is a member of a national team of international tax practitioners within PwC that shares best practices and potential responses to global legislative proposals disseminating such information to the wider practice. Jeff has an accounting degree from Southern Illinois University and a JD from St. Louis University and is a CPA.
