Taught undergraduate management and quantitative decision analysis courses to over 180 cadets annually. Directed activity of other faculty members to jointly develop new syllabi and customized texts. Guest lecturer on "Military Operations Other than War". Additional duties as: a T-3 Instructor Pilot for cadets enrolled in the Enhanced Flight Screening Program; an Associate Air Officer Commanding for Cadet Squadron IX; and the Department Personnel Officer responsible for the strategic personnel plan, which included the selective hiring process, academic promotions, advanced degree sponsorships and manning authorizations.
