Jennifer Carr brings more than 20 years dedicated to creating and improving processes for real people. Carr strives to inspire creative and simple solutions to problems that vex work teams.

Some of her favorite challenges include reducing the number of flight cancellations for an airline, streamlining the chain of custody for hazardous materials, delivering accurate product descriptions and prices on the store shelves of a major retailer, ensuring safe and ADA-compliant ramps at pedestrian crossings and standing up continuous improvement teams across a variety of industries. Carr is a certified Six Sigma black belt.
