Wagner Graduate School of Public Service
Jennifer Geiling is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Public Service of NYU''s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. She is also an Associate Director for Special Initiatives in the Mayor’s Office of Contract Services. In this capacity, Geiling also serves as Executive Director of the Nonprofit Resiliency Committee, a collaborative initiative that engages the City and the nonprofit human service sector in conversation and action to support the long-term sustainability of the sector.
Prior to joining the City, Geiling spent fourteen years in the human service nonprofit and philanthropy sectors serving in a variety of roles including nonprofit founder, executive director, program advisor, board member and consultant. She began her career as a corporate lawyer, specializing in technology and intellectual property transactions, advising both corporate and nonprofit clients.
Geiling earned her M.P.A. from New York University’s Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, J.D. from George Washington University and B.A. from U.C. Berkeley.
