Jennifer Mandolese has been teaching at Boston University since 2011, and has been a full-time Lecturer in the Management & Organizations department since 2014. Her primary areas of instruction include the required Management & Organizations and Management Communications classes. She is the Course Coordinator for the required undergraduate Organizational Behavior course (MO221), and serves as the administrator for the Team Learning Assistant software, used widely in Questrom and beyond. Additionally, as a Faculty Consultant for the Questrom Team Learning center, she coaches students through the team processes and problems, and serves as the Designated Academic Integrity Representative for Management & Organizations.

Prior to BU, she served as the Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs and a faculty member at Fisher College in Boston. Outside of the office, Jennifer has engaged both her educational background in organizational and corporate communications, as well as her passion for the outdoors and teambuilding by serving as a facilitator for the former Boston University Office of Experiential Education (BUEE) and the former Boston University Sargent Center in Hancock, NH.
