Harvard Business School
Jeremy Yang is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration in the Marketing Unit at Harvard Business School. He teaches the Marketing course in the MBA required curriculum.
Professor Yang’s research focuses on developing algorithmic solutions that combine economic and behavioral insights with machine learning and causal inference to optimize managerial decisions such as advertising, targeting, and pricing. He is also broadly interested in the creator economy.
Professor Yang received his Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a recipient of Alden G. Clayton Dissertation Proposal Award, American Statistical Association Dissertation Proposal Award, INFORMS Annual Meeting Best Paper Award, and MIT Sloan Doctoral Research Forum Prize.
