I’m a Lecturer at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, ranked #4 Overall and #1 in Student Quality by Recruiters. I bring a balanced background of corporate, recruiting, and coaching experience. In fact, my experiences as a recruiter and career coach inspired me to focus my career on helping people identify their unique personal brands by uncovering their strengths, interests, values, and unique personality traits. My passion is coaching others through the job search process, enabling them to be authentic and have a successful career.

Each of my professional experiences has contributed to my knowledge and experience in helping people prepare for the job search. My experiences as a Recruiting Manager at PwC, Associate Director of Professional Development at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, and as the Associate Director of Career & Corporate Services at Penn State have each been instrumental in building my expertise in the area of career coaching. I also have the pleasure to work with private clients through my private consulting practice, StorySelling.
