Dr Juley Jialing XIAO received her Ph.D. in organizational behavior from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (HKPU), MBA from HKBU, and BBA from HKPU. Her consulting, research and teaching interests include well-being, justice, leadership, and Pay. She has many years of experience performing surveys across industries. Partnered with various industrial and academic institutions, she has conducted the Pay and Benefits Survey for several years and established the annual pay index in the Greater Bay Area. She has contributed to the university in various aspects, including teaching, concentration and course development, and the associate directorship for an applied research Centre in the Faculty of Business.
