Jill VonOsten is an organizational development and management consultant. She helps business, government and non-profits to initiate and manage change and realize their full potential, both on the individual and organizational level.
Prior to becoming a full time consultant, Ms. VonOsten served as the Executive Director of the New Mexico Ethics Alliance, a not-for-profit that provided training, resources and consultation to organizations and their leaders to build their capacity to foster a culture of ethics within their organizations.
With more than 20 years of management experience in various leadership positions, much of Ms. VonOsten career has focused on driving new ideas and enterprises from conception to successful completion. She has been involved in many aspects of project management, including serving as a functional team member, project leader, supervisor and sponsor.
Her project management experience includes working in multiple sectors on both small and large projects, assessing risks, motivating teams comprised of staff and volunteers, managing limited resources, and planning, implementing and controlling projects to come in on time and on budget.
Ms. VonOsten holds a BA in Sociology from Western State Colorado University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico.
