Jim Ouellette

I am an experienced manager with over 20 years as a professional diving officer in the Royal Canadian Navy and over 20 years as a business owner and manager and project management consultant.

I was a full-time information-technology instructor for 4 years and a part-time university and college instructor for 18 years teaching project management, risk management, software engineering, and many other courses in numerous countries.

I have a master’s degree in project management from the University of Québec and was a PhD candidate. I have a number of professional certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL and others.

I am now retired from full time work, but continue to teach part time at various colleges and universities to keep me active. I still appreciate the interaction I have with students and fellow teachers and very much enjoy the opportunities to help others with their business problems, many of which I experienced myself.
