Jim Pantall

Jim Pantall is a seasoned trainer and organizational development consultant with over 30 years experience in the areas of leadership and management development, performance management, change management, organization assessment, executive coaching, customer service, and corporate culture. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the design, delivery, and implementation of employee training and development programs. Jim has trained over 15,000 people in his career. He has been called upon for a number of different consulting assignments that help focus individuals and organizations achieve business goals, drive culture change, improve business processes, facilitate strategic plans, understand business acumen, and align the organization.

Jim is the founder of Pantall & Associates training and consulting team. He is also a trainer, consultant, and on-line facilitator in the areas of management and leadership for Rutgers Center for Management and Executive Development. Jim is well known for his fast paced, lively seminars and his ability to engage the participants in the learning. His clients describe him as having a passion for win-win thinking and a unique ability to propose innovative solutions.

Prior to starting his consultant organization in 1995, Jim was the Director of Corporate Training and Employee Relations for Penn Mutual Life Insurance.Prior to Penn Mutual he was the Director of Corporate Training – US Operations, for Hess Oil Corporation.

Jim has experience working in a number of industries including insurance, manufacturing, financial, utilities, transportation, food, healthcare, energy, and retail. Jim holds a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Dynamics, from the University of Pennsylvania and attended the Human Resource Executive Development Program at Columbia University. He is a certified instructor for Franklin Covey, Achieve Global, and John Kotter’s Change Management program-The Iceberg Is Melting. He is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt and a master trainer for DISC
