Joan Mullor

Doctor of Law from Pompeu Fabra University (2014). Master of Laws from Harvard Law School (2009). Master in Public Law from Pompeu Fabra University (2008). Graduated in Law from Pompeu Fabra University, obtaining the Extraordinary End of Studies Award (2004).

He is currently Lecturer in Constitutional Law in the Department of Law at Pompeu Fabra University, where he has taught since 2007.

He is the author of a book, Independent Administrations and Regulatory State. The impact of the European Union on Spanish Public Law, published by the Congress of Deputies in 2016 and which won the Prize awarded by the Congress for the best doctoral thesis in the specialty of Law in 2014. He is also the author of sixteen studies published in publishers and specialized magazines, nationally and internationally, on matters of fundamental rights, European Union law, the statute of judges, local law and regulation law. He has participated in twelve research projects financed by international and national public institutions.

He has been a Contract Researcher at the Faculty of Law of the University of Trento (Italy), Visiting Researcher at Harvard Law School (United States) and Visiting Scholar at the Faculty of Law of KU Leuven (Belgium).
