He excels in operations transformation, process improvement and establishing comprehensive metrics and key performance indicator (KPI) frameworks.

Laubach brings extensive industry experience within consumer-packaged goods, electronics, automotive, healthcare, financial services, entertainment, utilities and software. A certified Six Sigma black belt, Laubach completed his MBA in finance at the University of California, Los Angeles and has a master’s in mechanical engineering from Stanford University.
