Joe Tabet

Joe TABET is a Managing Partner at Melcion, Chassagne & Cie, a team of personal business advisors to entrepreneurs. Their mission is to help entrepreneurs on the long term, by advising them on strategy, management, organization, financing and shareholding structure. Since he joined in 2001 he has been advising over 50 entrepreneurs, in Europe, the USA and the Middle East.

Prior to that, Joe was Senior Vice-President, at GorillaPark, a leading incubator of technology start-ups in Europe, with offices in 6 countries, (UK, NL, FR, S, D, USA) and a total investment of 85 million Euros.

He is also the co-founder of MBA Exchange a Swiss-based e-service provider of recruiting services for the top MBA schools in the world.

After completing his MBA in 1992 he stayed at INSEAD to launch the Healthcare Management Initiative (HMI) then joined CALT, the Centre for Advanced Learning Technologies, as Programme Manager.

Joe lectures at INSEAD, Cedep and Cranfield University. He has written several case-studies, papers, and articles. He also taught an innovative elective course onEntrepreneurship, based on real projects supported by a learning community. He just co-authored « Hors piste! Entreprendre sans idées reçues » (2009)

Joe runs the INSEAD Alumni Entrepreneurs’ Clubs in Paris and New York, and is building the global INSEAD Alumni Entrepreneurs’ Clubs network.

Joe TABET holds a Medical Doctorate from St Joseph University in Beirut, a degree in surgery from the University of Paris, and an MBA from INSEAD.
