Joel’s primary research pipeline studies the role of knowledge and its various forms within consumer and organizational behaviour, including its impact on marketing, entrepreneurial, and societal outcomes. His second stream of research examines the persuasive effects of marketing tactics, especially as they pertain to consumer wellbeing and public policy. Joel has a professional history of client-facing roles, including digital marketing consulting, project management, and sales.
