Johanna Faust

Biography

Johanna began working with ceramics during her time at Harvard to use the material to explore concepts related to her architectural projects. Today, Johanna works as a ceramic artist producing sculptural work using wheel-thrown and hand-building techniques. Her current series of work draws on the history of the vessel, subtly subverting classic forms to create anthropomorphic shapes.

Johanna is a German-American artist working in England.
