Dr. John Fallon is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Vysnova Partners. He has over 20 years of acquisition, acquisition training, and consulting experience with the federal government and the private sector. He has supported both defense and civilian agencies, and his experience ranges the full spectrum of contracting and program management, including market research, services, supplies, major weapons systems, inter-agency acquisition teams, policy, strategic sourcing, category management, and teaching.
