John Fallon

John Fallon has just completed almost eight years as CEO of the FTSE 100 company, Pearson. In his twenty-three years with the company, he played a major role in the transformation of Pearson from a media conglomerate to the world’s leading digital learning company. Other previous roles include Director of Corporate Affairs at PowerGen and Researcher/Special Adviser to the Shadow Cabinet.

He is an adviser to, and investor in, a range of edtech related companies operating in countries around the world He is also Chair of WarChild UK and Trustee of Oracle Cancer Trust.

His research interests include digital transformation, leadership, future of work and lifelong learning, and sustainable business.
