About
I am an Associate Professor (without tenure) of Business Administration at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business in the Accounting area.
I studying the how financial reporting affects managers’ decision-making at corporations and financial intermediaries. My research interests include performance benchmarking, disclosure, and regulation.
My current work on investigates how reporting incentives within the management team affects financial reporting, performance, and compensation. Additionally, I am working on answering how regulation and performance disclosure mandates affect managers’ behavior.
