Mendoza College of Business
Jon Crutchfield is director of Information Technology for the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame. He builds bridges by bringing campus groups together and connecting them with the right technologies to improve their effectiveness and further their missions. His team collaborates with faculty, students, administration and staff to find and build technology solutions that enhance teaching, learning, research and College operations. Because of the rapid pace of technology changes, Jon and his team place an emphasis on communication, education and change management. Previously, Jon served as the program manager for mobileND, an initiative to define a campus-wide strategy to integrate mobile technologies throughout the University of Notre Dame''s enterprise IT and academic environments. He also held a number of roles working directly with faculty in support of their teaching needs, including investigating emerging technologies. A graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in mathematics/statistics, Jon also earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the University of Notre Dame.
